BEIJING -- Fan Changlong, Xu Qiliang, two full members of the 17th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, were co-opted as vice chairmen of the Central Military Commission, according to the Communique released by the Seventh Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee on Sunday.
The plenum was held from Nov.1 to 4 in Beijing.
